Current listings are free as we build our site.

If you are an owner or agent of Tennessee land for sale, listing on this site is easy. 

How do I get started?

1)  Email me ( woodyr@yahoo.com) for a request to list.

2) I will email back a username and password and you will be ready to add your listings.

How many listings can I add?

Generally you will be granted 6 listings at no charge, with at least 6 months of activity.   if you have additional listing requests please email me with that request and estimated number of listings.   

Can I add pictures?

Yes, you can upload multiple pictures to go with your listing.  The only limitation is that pictures can be no larger than 250kb and a vertical picture no higher than 700.

What's the First Step? 

Once you have your username and password, logon using the "Manage my Listings" feature on the left side of the home page.  Icons appear in the right middle of the screen.   Use the Edit My Account command to add or edit contact information, including links to your business website. 

Then click on "Add Listing" and follow the steps.   There are help menus and field tips for each step.

Can I change my profile and listings? 

Yes, you can edit your account or listings at any time.  You can also have listings that are not currently displayed.   You can also add notes about the listing that are not displayed to users.
